Local telephone numbers and telephone lines are provided in a quantity required by the client.

In the interests of client, ELTEL practises installation of economical equipment for an organisation from 1 telephone line, and installation of powerful equipment with connection from 30 telephone lines.

Having ordered the service of multi-channel number, the client can practically conduct any possible number of simultaneous conversations, having only one city telephone number.

Local calls at city Petersburg numbers (index 812) are not tariffed.

Long distance/international communication is provided according to the Law, as per the contracts signed with long-haul communications operators.

ELTEL can organise long-distance readdressing between Moscow and Petersburg telephone numbers.

ELTEL assists in creation of a system of internal telephone communication in an organisation. This system allows employees of the client to communicate to each other by dialling short numbers, to automatically distribute incoming calls, and redirect calls inside the organisation. In case of order of the service of association of offices (organisation of virtual private network, VPN) the internal telephone network can be uniform for all territorially located offices, independent of the city or the country of their location.
